Taffi Nyawanza Chief Executive Officer 

Taffi Nyawanza is passionate about linking the vast business opportinuties which exist in his beloved country of birth, with the capital of his adopted country.  
In his day job, Taffi is a lawyer, admitted to practice in both Zimbabwe and the UK. He qualified with an LLBS (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe in 1999 and spent 3 years at Coghlan Welsh & Guest where he had a varied commercial practice. In 2002, Taffi left for the UK to study for an LLM in Economic Law at the University of Warwick. He is a Chevening Scholarship alumnus.  
Taffi has been the Managing Director of Genesis Law Associates Solicitors of Birmingham, UK since 2010 and regularly advises on organisation formation and structuring, global mobility and civil liberties law.  
He is a shareholder and Non-Executive Director of First Money Financial Services, a fast-growing Zimbabwean financial services company with offices in Harare, Bulawayo, Gweru, Masvingo, Mutare and Chitungwiza. 

Hillary Mununuri Chindodo Investment Executive  

Hillary Mununuri Chindodo is the founder of Commodity and General Trading Ltd, a UK-based commodity trader primarily focused on agricultural commodities from sub-Sahara Africa into Europe and the Middle East. Hillary, who holds with Honours, a Bachelors’ degree in Finance and Investments and an MSc in Investment Management, has over 15 years of financial services industry experience started in Zimbabwe in the 1990s with First Mutual Life Asset Management. He moved to the United Kingdom in 2001 where he joined HSBC Stockbrokers and later HSBC Investment Services in 2003 as a Technical Investments Administrator for HSBC Investment Services’ portfolio of over £12 billion retail investment funds under management from over a million clients. He later became an Investment Process Specialist as well as leading the New Business Team. He left the HSBC in 2010 to focus on his own business interests. 
He recently opened Changamiri Coffee House, a UK coffee shop business aimed at sourcing its coffee bean from Africa’s small-scale farmers. Hillary is also the founder and publisher of the Zimbabwe Investor, an online magazine which besides reporting financial and investment news, provides investor information and intelligence to foreign investors. 

Ennie Mhende Head of Corporate Affairs 

Ennie Mhende is a UK based business woman interested in Biotechnology and Medical Diagnostics. A married mother of three, Ennie has over twenty years’ experience working with public sector organisations in specialist procurement roles. 
Ennie holds an MBA in Strategy and Procurement Management from the University of Birmingham and is a full Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS). Her career in procurement has taken her through several private and public-sector organisations starting with Old Mutual in Zimbabwe. In the UK, she has worked with the Ministries of Justice and Health , the Universities of Warwick and De Montfort as well as Local Government Authorities includind Birmingham City Council and Transport for London. 
Mrs Mhende is the founder and director of AvonGreen Scientific Ltd, a company that supplies diagnostic scientific laboratory products to the UK and international markets particularly targeted towards the education, healthcare, food processing and environmental industries. The company works with top international scientific brands including Fisher Scientific, Pyrex, BD and Cecil.  

Rudo Soda Trade & Investment Liaison - Harare 

Rudo is based in ZiDIG’s Harare office and has vast experience in governance studies and international trade and cooperation. She received her Honours degree in Political Science from the University of Zimbabwe. She spent 3 years working as the Head of International and Legal Affairs on the Zimpraise Corporate Board in the time the gospel group became an internationally recognised brand. Thereafter, she went on to pursue her MA in International Peace, Conflict and Security at Coventry University. During her studies she worked on the Global Leaders Programme as an intern. 
Rudo is a holistic thinker who has well developed skills in research, communication, data-handling and presentation. She has a sophisticated understanding of the socio-economic and political realities of Zimbabwe having served as a Consultant for Taonabiz Consulting working with different government sectors and NGO’s since her relocation to Zimbabwe. 

Brighton Mutebuka Non-Executive Director 

Brighton runs his own immigration law firm in Leeds, United Kingdom. He qualified as a Lawyer and Notary Public in Zimbabwe in 2002. He practised in all areas of Zimbabwean law following his graduation from the University of Zimbabwe, where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws Honours Degree, LLBS (Hons). He completed his attachment at Sawyer & Mkushi Legal Practitioners before proceeding to work for Chibune & Associates. He holds a Masters In International Law [LLM] from the University of Leeds and a Post Graduate Certificate in Sports Law & Practice from De Montfort University. 
He is a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe, ILPA, [Immigration Law Practitioner’s Association], is registered with the OISC, a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and a registered Solicitor in the UK. He is also a Sports Lawyer and an FA Registered Intermediary. He has specific interest in areas of eCommerce, International Trade & Investment Law, International Economic Law and Human Rights Law. He is an alumnus of the University of Zimbabwe, De Montfort University and University of Leeds, where he is part of the School of Law’s mentorship programme. At the latter, he was mentored by the former UN Special rapporteur to Cambodia and adviser to a former British Prime Minister in relation to Trade and Investment. He also has interests in the Beverages Sector, Car Spares Manufacturing and blogging. 

The Zimbabwe Diaspora Investment Group Limited (ZiDIG) is a UK-registered consortium of Zimbabwean professionals and business people in the UK. 

The company was created to mobilise resources from Zimbabwe’s diaspora community before seeking leveraged partnership with international institutional investors for the purposes of impact investing in Zimbabwe. 
A key component of ZiDIG’s model is the establishment of an investment matching facility operated online and out of our Harare, Zimbabwe office. The investment matching facility will be responsible for identifying funding ready projects and businesses which will then be matched with foreign investment seeking opportunities in Zimbabwe. 
ZiDIG’s investment matching facility will be responsible for the identification of projects and carrying out of preliminary due diligence before updating the specially developed online portal accessed by investors. 
The Zimbabwe Diaspora Investment Group Limited is a UK-registered company bringing together a group of Diaspora-based individuals for the purposes of mobilising investment funds to invest in primarily in Zimbabwe.
